Post Goods Issue using T-Code VL02N
- The last step of delivery or shipment processing is Post Goods Issue
- This is done when physically the goods are moved from the warehouse or plant to the carrier or transporter.
- The scope for changing the document of delivery will be limited after the goods issue is posted for an outbound delivery.
So now you can create the Post Goods Issue using T-Code VL02N or follow the menu path Logistics ► Sales and Distribution ► Shipping and Transportation ► Outbound Delivery ► Change ► Single Document.
If the Outbound Delivery document number is not entered automatically, you can search for your delivery document using the tab Outbound Delivery: Not Posted for Goods Issue (MI00 for Shipping Point and your customer number(BP) for Ship-to party). Hope your BP number start with 250..... Now click on Continue(Below right corner of your screen).
Make sure the Picking Tab is selected. Now Sloc is FG00 and Picked Qty is 5 for Dulex Touring Bike and 2 for Professional Bike, Same as the above picture. confirm it and click on Save.
Click on the Post Goods Issue icon. You should get the following message at the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click on the exit icon to return to the SAP Easy Access screen.
